Ingredients:
A:
- 1 lb red peppers
- 5 shallots
- 1 whole garlic
- 1 big ripe tomato
B:
- 3 tbs shrimp paste
- 2 tbs tamarin paste
- 3 tbs brown sugar
- 1 tbs salts
- 1 cup veg.oil
Chop ingredient A, saute in a cup of oil.
Put all together in food processor. Put it back in to the pan and add ingredient B. Cook for about an hour in slow heat.
