Creamy Toasted Bread

Ingredients:
  • French Bagguette
  • Steamed Broccoli
  • 1 can tuna
  • 1 can cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1 egg
  • Salt+pepper
  1. Poach the egg, put it aside.
  2. Heat the cream of mushroom soup in a pot, add tuna, milk and salt+pepper.
  3. Slice the bread, toast in the oven until brown.
  4. Arrange toasted bread in a plate with steamed broccoli and poached egg.
  5. Pour the cream soup on top.
